Train multiple times per week

MonTueWedThuFriSatSun

We recommend that your children train at least twice per week as consistent practice and repetition of skills reinforces proper techniques, and leads to the development of muscle memory and better co-ordination, resilience, focus and quick decision-making under pressure in game situations.

And frequent training sessions help build the necessary muscle strength, power, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance required for effective play in matches, helping to become a proficient and well-rounded volleyball player.

Book them in for additional volleyball sessions here or send us a  Whatsapp message for advice.
