We run sports activities for kids 6-9 years old and 10-14 years old.
Kids aged 6-9
The earlier kids are introduced to sports, the more likely they are to develop the correct technique and learn to enjoy playing more.
The aim of our programmes is to teach kids the basic skills, always having fun and playing games and learning all the benefits of doing physical activity.
Kids aged 10-14
Our programmes emphasise teaching new skills, good sportsmanship, goal setting, teamwork and skills development in a fun atmosphere.
Children will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals in a non-competitive environment.
The aim of these programmes is to teach kids how to play in a game situation.
