This page is to book your children in for an initial trial session. After this you must register them for the term. This secures their place, ensures that they stay consistent and committed, keeps their fitness level up, ensures that they improve and build on their skills each week and keep up with the rest of the class, and makes it viable for us to keep the sessions running for your kids with great coaching at a good venue. Send us a Whatsapp message for payment details.
FORMAT:
Playing volleyball will help improve your child’s flexibility, balance, and coordination, whilst focusing on good footwork and correct hand-eye coordination for touching the ball. The earlier kids are introduced to the sport, the more likely they are to develop the correct technique. The aim of this programme is to teach kids the basic skills in volleyball such as hand setting, digging, and hitting whilst having fun, playing games, and learning all the benefits of doing physical activity.
And also learning new skills, good sportsmanship, goal setting, teamwork and skills development in a fun atmosphere, and teaching them how to play in game situations.
