EVENT SPECIFIC NOTES:

We use high quality Yonex Mavis 600 plastic shuttlecocks at this session.

– For everyone's safety, please cut your fingernails short and remove all jewellery including wedding rings, bracelets, watches and fitness trackers.
– You are responsible for your personal safety and your belongings at all times.
